As with any car there were numerous design exercises undertaken before the final shape of the car was decided upon.

The SM can be traced to ideas for a sport version of the DS from the early 1960's.  Although looking much more DS than SM certain elements such as the headlamps were already being considered.

From 1967 the lines of the SM as we know it began to appear.  Now the process can be clearly traced in the following designs after Robert Opron's arrival at Citroën.

2007 Events
We will be organising three events during 2007.  Including the Citroën SM International Meeting 'Moors and Dales
31st May to 3rd June.
Credit Cards
